FILE FORMATS

• High resolution, print-ready PDF files are the preferred file format

Acceptable file formats for final artwork:

•Adobe Acrobat – .PDF
•Adobe Illustrator – .AI or .EPS
•Adobe Photoshop – .PSD
•High-Resolution, Transparent – .PNG

COLOR ACCURACY

•Design files should be saved using a CMYK color profile to ensure color accuracy
•Make sure all spot colors (Pantone, etc.) are changed to CMYK – We do not color match Pantone colors

FONTS AND TEXT

When working with Adobe Illustrator:
•Outline fonts (preflight) and save as a .PDF file
•Save an .EPS file with fonts outlined
•Save an .AI file with the fonts intact
