Terms of Service

You agree that the information that you provide to us upon order and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete. This is especially important with respect to your email address, since that is the primary method in which we will communicate with you regarding your account and your orders.

Pixel Imprints (Pixel) provides online storage of the uploaded images to its customers for a period of thirty (30) days from the date you upload each design to our website. In addition, if we haven’t heard from you for a period of sixty (60) days, Pixel may remove your design from its archive.  Pixel may change this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website for any changes. 

As condition of your use of our services, you agree to hold Pixel Imprints, its parent company, affiliates and their respective officers and shareholders free and harmless against all claims, losses and expenses relating to you or your representative(s)’ submission of any copyrighted work to Pixel, or submission for use, creation or manufacture of any Pixel product or service, which may be or ruled to be subject to infringement.

This site and all products and services provided by Pixel Imprints are provided “as is” with no warranties whatsoever.  All express, implied and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.  Fully permitted by law, Pixel Imprints disclaims any warranties for the security, timeliness and performance of this service.

You understand and agree that the submission of any content or digital content or image of any kind to Pixel, and the download or upload of any material or content through Pixel’s service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to your content or image or any damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result in the use of the Pixel service, website including but not limited to the download or upload of any material. You are solely responsible for creating backups of your content. In the event of any mistake by Pixel, such as the shipment of a defective product, Pixel will be liable only to the extent of its return policy. As each product is custom manufactured, Pixel shall accept return and issue refunds only on those orders containing a substantial manufacturing defect within a 30-day period from the date of the order payment.

Will my order really ship in 5 working days?

Once we have received your approval on the email proof or physical sample, we will start the clock on our 5-day guarantee. Any changes or modifications requested by the customer after the initial approval is received will result in our restarting the 5-day clock. If for some reason we fail to ship by the 5th business day, we will refund 100% of the order AND ship the order as promised.  A rush service is also available for a charge so please leave a note during checkout and we will be in touch.

This promise applies to orders that qualify per the following:

  • Design files must be supplied ready-to-print, in the dimensions, color, and orientation required for print. If artwork requires excessive manipulation, an artwork fee of $120 will apply
  • We accept .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG and .PDF files
  • Each artwork we setup to print will require a one-time setup charge of $60.
  • To prevent artwork errors, we required outlined fonts on vector artwork.
  • Orders approved after 5:00pm CST Monday – Friday shall start the 5-business day clock on the following business day.
  • Federal holidays do not qualify as business days
  • Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days
  • Orders will ship via Fedex unless otherwise requested
  • Files must be less than 40MB (minimum 150 DPI recommended) 

What kind of inks do you use?

We use a process called dye-sublimation for our printing.  Dye sublimation is the process of adding heat to a water-based dye ink, turning it into a gas and transferring to polyester pores that have opened while the heat is applied.  It dyes the polyester molecule, resulting in a vibrant graphic that never washes off. This is done using specialized ink, transfer paper and a heat press.

Does the fabric shrink?

During the production process, our fabrics undergo intense heat.  Some fabrics heat treatment before production to shrink the fabric ahead of time.  The heat will shrink the fabrics anywhere from 2-5% depending on the type of fabric. When washed, the fabrics could shrink further. The shrinkage during washing will be about 3%. 

Is the printing permanent?

We have some fantastic shipping rates that we love to pass on to our customers, but due to the nature of varying weights of our products and destinations of our customers, it’s best if you call or email for a shipping quote to be impressed.  Almost all our shipments will deliver within 2-3 days.  International shipping and express overnight shipping is also available.

One of the biggest reasons we can reach our customers so quickly is because we are in the middle of the country in St Louis Missouri. 

We do not accept COD shipments and once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for damages or delays.  All claims should be filed by the customer with the carrier of delivery. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do.  International orders require additional freight charges. For international shipments, please leave a note during checkout and we will respond shortly with estimated handling charges.

Can I supply my own fabric to be printed on?

Absolutely.  We only ask that you send us material ahead of time for us to test.  Not all fabrics react the same and we need to dial in our equipment to ensure we are ready to make your design come to life.  Please fill out the contact form and we will be in touch on how to arrange this.
